Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

As almost all order received whether it’s recipe, bracelets, Numbers for care, aĺl are prepared / charged specially for a particular individual so your order may take 2 or more weeks to get dispatched.

Within the contiguous U.S.

FREE standard shipping is available for orders totaling $75 or more after any discounts have been applied. 

Delivery options are determined by your shipping address; 

We use UPS, USPS to provide the best service as determined by our system. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated in business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date your order is shipped. We’ll send an email with detailed carrier and tracking information when your order ships so that you know when to expect it to arrive.

Outside the contiguous U.S.

Standard Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories vary based on location. All available shipping options and exact costs will be presented at checkout after providing the delivery address for your order.

International: We ship within American continent. For other countries we use USPS or shipping is done at customers’ expense & recommended courier.

Shipping methods and rates for international orders vary by country and are based on the weight and size of your order, exact costs are calculated after entering the delivery address for your order.

During the checkout process, you’ll be given all available shipping methods and exact costs after providing the delivery address for your order.

Address Error

You are responsible for ensuring the shipping information on your Nature Care Movement’s website order is correct; we cannot change your delivery address after your order has been submitted.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, fees or other issues that may result from an order shipping to an incorrect address. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, no refund will be issued. If the error causes an order to be shipped back to us, a refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued when we receive the products, minus any return shipping fees. If the cost for the order to be returned is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Nature Care Movement will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

Customer Refusal

We cannot offer refunds on orders that are refused by the customer during delivery. If an order is shipped back to us due to package refusal, a refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued when we receive the products, minus any return shipping fees. If the cost for the order to be returned is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Nature Care Movement will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

Customs Seizure

We cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged or destroyed by Customs, unless the order is returned back to us. If the order is returned, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Additionally, any return shipping costs or customs fees assessed on returned orders will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost to return a rejected package is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Nature Care Movement will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

Restricted Items

Due to import regulations, certain products may be restricted in your country and may not be available for purchase. While we do our best to prevent products from shipping to countries where specific products or ingredients are prohibited, regulations change constantly and we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. We strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on any regulations that may impact your ability to receive your order. Our Customs Seizure policy above applies to any order containing restricted items that is seized, damaged or destroyed by customs due to import regulations.

Known restrictions for all international shipments currently include: Hemp products, free samples, products requiring cold packs, hazardous material items, pet products and knives.

Nature Care Movement also reserves the right to limit quantity or restrict items to any country for any reason without notice. For specific restriction information for your destination country, please use the Country drop-down menu above.

Third Party Shipping & Freight Forwarding

International freight forwarders and third party shipping companies offer a convenient way to receive orders to your address outside the United States. However, if you elect to use this type of service, we cannot issue you a refund of any kind or accept returns of any order handled by a third party shipper. Nature Care Movement cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to the handling of your order by an outside shipping carrier. If any damage to products, package loss or delivery issues occur when using this type of service, please contact the third party company directly for resolution. Additionally, any international documents required for package import will be your responsibility and/or will need to be provided by the third party shipper. We are not able to offer any documents or other customs information for packages that are not shipped directly Nature Care Movement to the final destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

Since most of order we receive are either of ingredients which are consumables / prepared with consumable as per individual’s need or third party products which are energized for an individual so returns are not possible. For your own convenience place order only if you are ready to accept it.  

Only the products mentioned in the Nature Care Movement’s website as R(returnable) can be accepted back and the return shipping solely at customer’s expense. Refunds for those returnable items only will be issued in the same payment method with which order was placed after receiving the returnable product / products by our shipping unit. NO REFUND FOR NON-RETURNABLE recepies / products will be issued.This is binding to all orders on Nature Care Movement’s website without exception.

The products not mentioned in the Nature Care Movement’s website as R(returnable) shall be deemed non-returnable & non-refundable. 

Disclaimer

Items sold by Nature Care Movement are intended for personal use. Nature Care Movement cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional costs to your order, including taxes, duties or other customs fees, or any related product seizure or delivery delays. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority or an approved third party vendor will contact you directly.

By ordering from Nature Care Movement you acknowledge and agree to the shipping within contiguous U.S., outside contiguous U.S., international shipping, return & refund policies stated above and included in this disclaimer. Nature Care Movement reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
